A total of 10 teams came out and contributed five incredible games for the fans in attendance. Here are the top performers from the event.
Najae Hallenbeck (2020) | Toms River North
Hallenbeck has been one of the hottest players in the state for the No. 2 team in the Shore Conference. Toms River North headlined this event with an impressive win over Wall. Hallenbeck led the way in a 27-10 second quarter where the Mariners were able to take control. Hallenbeck finished with 27 points and 14 rebounds in this one. Jakari Spence also played a strong game with 16 points and seven assists.
Zubair Lee (2021) | Eastern
Lee got it going early and often in Eastern’s win over Donovan Catholic. He scored 12 of his 20 points in the second quarter. Lee finished 9-15 from the field and grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds. The athletic forward showed off all his moves down low. He grabbed eight rebounds on the offensive end. If Lee was the starter, Noah Klinewski was the finisher. He also scored 20 points in the win and finished 9-10 from the free throw line.
Colin Farrell (2021) | CBA
CBA picked up a much needed win over Mater Dei in what turned into the game of the day. He finished with 16 points to lead the team. He struggled from the free throw line but seemed to make a play whenever it was needed for his team. Ryan Cremen also scored 16 points in the win and was a perfect 6-6 from the free throw line.
Joe Lardaro (2021) | Freehold Township
Lardaro got it going early against Woodbridge. He scored nine first quarter points and continued his dominance in the second half when Freehold began to pull away. He finished with 15 points and 13 rebounds in the win. Lardaro dominated on both sides of the ball. Anthony Barthel led the way for Freehold with 20 points.
Daniel Skillings (2022) | St. Joe’s (Hamm.)
Skillings has been the leader for St. Joe’s since the beginning of the season. He has scored in double-figures in every game this season including six 20 point performances. Skillings took over against Central with 23 points and 14 rebounds. This was his third double-double of the season. The sophomore is showing huge signs of being a star for St. Joe’s.
