Everyone is included in our 2020 Rankings and you can read about their games right here, right now:
[#35] Jesse Laster | 6-3 SG | Garfield Heights
Laster has been re-added to the Rankings after not playing for Garfield Heights last season. He has come back a fully-developed lock-down defender with prototypical physical traits — broad, long arms, and explosive. Hits shots with his feet set. Lincoln Trail recruit with Division I potential.
[#73] Julian Mackey | 6-3 PG | Lakota West
Long, slender scorer with a slippery handle and a Thomas More offer. Mackey plays a finesse game reliant on his impressive skill-set. Makes shots from all three levels and has obvious potential to become more effective as he fills out.
[#79] Jaylen Lemons | 5-10 PG | LaSalle
Mount Vernon Nazarene signee. Lemons has an elite jump shot with a quick release and the ability to hit shots in motion. The knock-on Lemons is likely his size. Yet he’s plenty quick to be an effective defender and drive-and-kick playmaker.
[#111] TaVaz Lawler-Showers | 5-11 PG | Start
Left-handed open floor playmaker who can shoot it and blow-by. Smooth ball-handler that can change directions to get into the second level. Lawler-Showers, a Michigan transfer, is also an aggressive defender with quick hands.
[#125] Martin Lowry | 6-3 SG | Fairview
Talented passer with a European game. Lowry shifts is crafty ways, often getting into the lane and making crisp passes to shooters while coming down-hill. Secondary ball-handler. No shortage of effort when it comes to rebounding and D’ing up.
[#126] Leroy Walker | 6-4 SF | Taft
Walker is an athletic wing that can shoot the rock. Let’s the game come to him but has upside as a productive slasher to go with the catch-and-shoot threat. Good positional size.
[#130] Michael Currin | 6-2 SG | Moeller
Currin is a physical, strong-bodied guard who embodies the Moeller toughness and consistency when it comes to executing. He both runs the point and plays on the wing this season. Flashes shooting and finishing ability. Plays well in structure. Hard-nosed defender with good length and size for a small college program. Our sources also tell us Currin emphatically checks all of the “character” boxes.
[#135] Jack Smith | 6-3 SG | Alter
Smith is a high-motor guard with good strength and shooting ability. He’s aggressive as a catch-and-shoot threat. Capable of getting to the basket and finishing through contact. Another unsigned guy who plays well in a system.
[#141] Dan Lee | 6-1 PG | Jerome
High-academic, unsigned lead guard whose strengths are headlined by his shooting from distance. A close second to the shooting is his kick-out passes while in the teeth of the defense. Great court sense.
[#155] Carter Combs | 6-2 SG | Lakota West
Aggressive score-minded guard who charges the rim for tough finishes and knows how to get to the free throw line. Combs plays remarkably hard and could fit-in as an energizer before earning a starting spot as a collegiate upperclassman. Thomas More offered.
[#201] Tony Carter | 6-5 SF | Holy Name
Slender shooting threat with an intriguing collection of ball skills. As his body develops, Carter figures to help-out on the glass and defend multiple positions.
[#213] Grant Hartnett | 5-9 PG | Northview
Smart point guard who offers shooting and passing ability. Plays well in the open floor, showing vision and a nice pull-up jumper. Late-bloomer averaging double-digits as a scorer.
[#216] Aaron Whitehead | 5-10 SG | Lorain
Talented scoring guard with the ability to shoot it from distance and penetrate with his handle. Putting up big numbers as a senior. Scores efficiently. Good athlete.
