Kobe Jones – South Granville – Guard/Wing
Jones is a high-flying wing that stood out with a number of big dunks and finishes at the rim. He’ll be an X-Factor type player this season with his ability to get to the rim and rebound the basketball.
Bobby Pettiford Jr. – South Granville – Guard
Pettiford is a high-level prospect for South Granville that controls the pace so well as the floor general. He can score in bunches but tends to get others going before looking to score first. He’ll be a junior to keep an eye on this season.
Wy’kise Allen – South Granville – Wing/Guard
Allen was much improved on defense at the jamboree, playing passing lanes aggressively and creating points off turnovers. He’ll be a senior to watch with his ability to fill his role as a defender and shot creator.
Micah Jones – South Granville – Guard
Jones was quite the sharpshooter for the Vikings at this past weekend’s jamboree. He’ll be one to keep an eye on as a secondary scorer in South Granville’s rotation. As he improves his ballhandling ability, he’ll be a senior prospect colleges should keep on their radars.
Collin Tanner – South Granville – Guard/Wing
Tanner was another strong shooter from the perimeter for the Vikings at the jamboree. He’s only a sophomore heading into the 2019-20 season but is set to play a solid role early into his high school career.
Jacob Thompson – Orange – Point Guard
Thompson is only a sophomore heading into the season with Orange High School but he’s already a confident floor general that’s confident off the dribble and distributes with efficiency. He’s a young prospect to get early eyes on.
Kendrell Brooks – Orange – Guard/Wing
Brooks is a guard with nice length at 6-foot-2 that allows him to create off the dribble and get to the rim. He’s a junior heading into Orange High School’s second season under a new coach. He’ll be a key player to keep an eye on as things get going in the high school basketball season.
