<p>The 2019-20 boys basketball season starts all across the state and today let's take a quick look at the 4A level with our pre-season top five and the projected All-State Team.</p>

<p>1. Banks<br />
2. Seaside<br />
3. Marist<br />
4. Gladstone<br />
5. North Marion</p>
<p>Analysis: When it comes to 4A, there is no bigger rivalry than Banks/Seaside and once again it appears as if things will come down to the Braves and Seagulls. Marist and Gladstone are on the rise with some talented young players and North Marion should also be tough.</p>

<p>Analysis: Quite a few star seniors move on to the college level but there are some solid guys back, notably the 6-foot-2 Hague, who should see his offensive numbers explode as he becomes Seaside's top offensive option.</p>
