2021 Broderick Ellis Jr., Spurs
Broderick Ellis Jr. had a strong double-double for the Spurs in their victory over the Suns 78-51. He put up 28 points, 15 rebounds and three steals and was relentless attacking the basket. He shot 10-of-18 field (55.6 percent) and 1-of-2 from 3-point range. He’s a player that’s in the running for Player of the Year at his size at 6-foot-6.
2022 Julien King, Spurs
Julien King filled up the stat sheet in Week 2 for the Spurs. In their victory over the Suns, he produced 27 points, 10 rebounds and five assists at the lead guard position. In their second win of the day over the Heat, he put up another double-double with 27 points, 13 rebounds and six assists. He’s close to putting up a triple-double, let’s see what happens in Week 4.
2022 Dylan Wiggins, Nets
Dylan Wiggins put up two 30-point performances, a double-double and a triple-double in Week 3 to solidify himself as a top performer. He posted 30 points, 16 rebounds, six assists and three blocks in the route of the Celtics 100-59. Wiggings produced 30 points, 18 rebounds and 10 assists in their close 93-92 victory over the Suns. The Nets were missing a few pieces in Week 3 but Wiggins stepped up to carry the load.
2021 Noah Hamilton, Nets
Noah Hamilton had himself a career day in Week 2 against the Celtics to the tune of 19 points, five assists and four rebounds. He scored from all three levels against the Celtics and showed off his sharpshooting ability. He’s one to keep an eye on as a top shooter in the league.
2021 Tre Morgan III, Celtics
Tre Morgan III was impressive in the frontcourt scoring the ball for his Celtics squad in Week 2. He averaged 17.5 points per contest during the week while shooting 55.9 percent from the field. Now, he’ll just need to secure more rebounds.
2022 Evan Ashe, Rockets
Evan Ashe has picked up where he left off in J.D. Lewis Fall League with 26 points and 25 points and currently boasts a scoring average of 26.3 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists per contest heading through two weeks of Fall League.
