Josh Gregory of Belle Plaine. When Josh Gregory scored 34 in a near upset of Mayer Lutheran last year the name grabbed the attention of many. Le Sueur-Henderson watched Gregory scored 58 points over them in two games. Gregory is a 6-foot-3 senior forward.
Adam Holod of St. Paul Academy. Adam had a good 16u year with the Magic this off-season and is coming off a 16 point per game performance as a sophomore. Holod turned a big corner at the end of the year with 20 plus point games in five of the last eight contests.
Alex Lang of Redwood Valley. As a freshman Lang played for a state tournament team and improved with each month of his first varsity season. Lang also played well with the Southwest Minnesota Stars.
Adam Leach of DGF. Player of the Week honors as a football player all fall, 28 points to open his basketball season last year as a junior, and a respected track & field performer as well. Scored in double figures for his team while also creating for others.
Seth Logan of Pine City. Logan scored 18 a game as a junior wing and hit the 1,000 point mark at the end of last season. Logan has set the pace for the Dragons and he will do it once again this winter.
Samuel Lohn of Duluth Marshall. Lohn scored just under 20 points a game while also creating plays for others on a regular basis. Lohn’s three point stroke pushed him to six three point make games, several five three pointer make games, and a number games where 60 percent or more of the offense came off his hand.
Dawson Miller of ACGC. There are scorers and then there are guys that can record 40 or more without an issue. Miller is the second. He scored 23-24 a contest for ACGC last year and at times had to put up 40 to get his team to the end of the game.
Mason Olson of MLWR. A 5-foot-10 guard that is what you would certainly call a pure shooter averaging 15-16 a contest last winter. He’s also a leader on the court and as a two way football player that spend his team at QB.
