<p>PrepHoopsTN All-Star back at the 2018 PrepHoopsTN Fall Combine, Brandon Miller (Cane Ridge) is a potential Mr. Basketball. While unlikely to capture the prestigious award this season, Miller is certain to challenge for it by graduation IF he stays in Tennessee.</p>
