You don’t have to run any plays for him to be productive, he is constantly working on the boards to provide extra opportunities as well setting good screens and reacting properly in pick and roll situations. He has what we would call ‘‘sneaky’’ bounce, he can get off the floor and throw down a put back dunk as well as blocking shots on the defensive end.
Millbrook HS 2020 Guard Bradley Williams: We love to see players that dedicate themselves on the defense end of the floor in camp situations. He was one of the best defenders that we saw on the day, picking up his man with full court defense at some points which caused some turnovers and easy buckets for his team. Offensively he played his role and scored the ball when he got the opportunity, overall he was solid and we love how he plays the game with physicality.
Sun Valley 2020 Guard Justin Morton: It always interesting to see how players respond in camp situations when they don’t have the ball in their hands and may be playing with a teammates that has caught fire scoring wise. Justin passed the test with flying colors as he was constantly moving without the ball and capitalized on the opportunities that he got once the ball was in his hands. He’s a shot maker from three point land and fit right in with his teammates as they won a high amount of games on the day.
Hickory Ridge 2020 Guard Kobe Clifton: Solid overall prospect that doesn’t allow himself to get sped up very often. He has a nice midrange game and gets good lift on his shot, but also showed the ability to get to the paint and score/draw fouls at a solid rate.
Cramerton Christian Academy 2020 Guard Yahsheem Kendrick: One of the stronger players that we saw on the day, he plays the game with a football player role mindset, almost as if he enjoys contact. He’s athletic and made his fair share of plays above the rim , constantly attacking so he forced the defense to work.
Greenfield School 2020 Guard Colin Guilford: The quick and crafty lefty has a solid showing throughout the day . He did a nice job reading defenders which allowed him to score and assist at a high rate.
Greenfield School 2020 Guard Jordan Lynch: Legit dual threat type of guard, he brings the same amount of effort and effectiveness on both ends of the floor. He showed some ability to blow past defenders on offense but uses that same speed to stay in front of his man that he is defending.
