1st Team
Cole Jones (2019) Benjamin Logan- 13 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists
Our Mad River Division Player of the Year, Jones was by far one of the top scorers for the Raiders this season. A proven sharpshooter, Cole has shown he can score with guys on him and around him at all times. The senior is one of the better under the radar talents in the CBC this season.
Nolan Robson (2019) Benjamin Logan- 12 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists
The second great backcourt player for Ben Logan, Robson is more of a setup man, looking to distribute the basketball rather than score in bunches. One of the better athletes on the team, Nolan finished 3rd in the conference in rebounds.
Evan Noffke (2019) Northwestern- 17 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists
Noffke finished 4th in scoring and was a useful backcourt option for Northwestern. Evan helped relieve the pain of losing Jalan Minney (2020) who transferred to Springfield before the season started.
Brevan King (2019) Graham- 15 points, 7 rebounds, 1 assist
One of Graham’s leading frontcourt players, Brevan was one of the leaders in scoring throughout the season and helped lead the Falcons to a hot start early in the season.
Reid Taylor (2019) Urbana- 11 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals
The Hillclimbers outside shooting weapon, Reid went out big in his final season at Urbana. The senior guard was primarily a catch-and-shoot guard when I saw him play, but was capable of using the dribble drive at times as well.
2nd Team
Austin Parker (2020) Indian Lake- 16 points, 9 rebounds, 1 steal
A double-double threat for the Lakers, Parker finished 2nd in rebounds in the CBC. Austin recorded a double-double in half of Indain Lake’s games this season.
Brady King (2021) Graham- 16 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists
Brady provided an additional scoring option alongside the fellow King, Brevan. Brady was not as consistent of a scorer from the outside compared to Brevan, but will provide the Falcons with a solid scorer returning for next season.
Isaiah Fonseca (2020) Urbana- 13 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists
The point guard for the Hillclimbers, Fonseca took over the game we saw during tournament action. Able to score from all 3 levels, Isaiah demands respect on the defensive end and could see his stock rise as next season comes along.
Preston Crabtree (2020) North Union- 13 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist
North Union’s top player during the season, Crabtree was an outside weapon for North Union throughout the season.
Grant Hower (2020) Urbana- 12 points, 8 rebounds, 3 blocks
Urbana’s frontcourt stud, Hower was a low post threat that can score through traffic and was an outstanding rim protector for the Hillclimbers.
