The Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo: Minnesota’s 2019s
The Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo is Sunday and several seniors are looking forward to competing in front of a number of college coaches. NHR looks at some of the seniors competing this weekend.
Ball Handlers. Three of the elite combo guards in the state of Minnesota are attending the Prep Hoops Expo and that is Sam Nissen, Tommy Chatman, and Jared Rainey. Chatman has several D2 offers and has D1 schools calling, Nissen is one of Minnesota’s best shooter, and Rainey has to be one of the under-recruited players in the senior class. This trio of combo guards alone is worth the trip for schools but there are some others like Isaiah Robinson who are look for a chance to show that they are at a higher level. The player to really get a look at is Khari Broadway who closed his winter as a junior with an injury but we loved what he did at the event in July.

Corbyn Alexander, Qentrell Douglas, Nick Manthana, Burke Nesbit, Joe Palmer, and Jacob Weber are all double figure scorers in position to have monster years at their respective schools. Camden Arndt, Carter Henry, Austin Jentzen, and Miles Mendes are all top 50 players in the senior class with Arndt being the versatile athlete/talent, Jentzen is an NSIC offered forward, Henry is a rare explosive prospect in outstate Minnesota, and Mendes is a physical competition from Farmington.
