New Life Christian 2018 Wing Davante Gathers: Davante got started early in the game with scoring the ball and getting out into transition for easy buckets. He defended well, blocked shots, and even knocked down the deep ball at a decent rate, he finished the night with 29 Points and was a huge part of the Monarchs success.
Raleigh Homeschool 2018 Guard Makiyah Jones: He was the best overall player on the court during this game without a doubt, he has a very strong upper body and is a very quick guard. There were multiple times throughout the game where he split double teams, and broke the press by himself, D2/NAIA programs should be on him.
New Life Christian 2020 Point Guard Reggie Walton: Reggie suffered a few injuries throughout the game but while he was on the floor he did a solid job of leading his team, he got them into their sets and provided constant pressure to the opposition.
Raleigh Home School 2018 Wing Marcus Richardson: He didn’t shoot more than two times but was helpful to his squad by swinging the ball and being active on the glass. He finished with 7 rebounds on the day and defended multiple positions well.
Raleigh Homeschool Forward Tavarus Burke: Was an absolute beast on the boards, finishing with 11 rebounds with a high amount coming in the first half. He boxes out well and brings energy to the court for the squad.
New Life Christian 2019 Forward Izaiah Royster: This was one of his better games for the squad, he knocked down the trey ball early and often. His potential to be a very nice overall looking prospect is clearly evident and he will only get better with time, finished with 13 Points.
New Life Christian 2020 Guard Dahaun Jones: Came In and provided a very nice spark off the bench, he’s quick and applies a good amount of pressure to the opposition.
Raleigh Homeschool Wing Will McGrath: Did a solid job of spacing the floor and knocking down the deep ball, he didn’t force shots and got his offensive going within the flow of the game.
