Triangle Fall League: 2020 Standouts
Juice All-Stars 2020 Guard AJ Thompson (Athens Drive HS) – Has a silky smooth game, can score the ball in multiple ways and is still learning different ways to impact the game. He has a nice shooting form with good lift on his shot and showed a few flashes of athletic ability throughout the games we saw, nice potential.
Juice All-Stars 2020 Guard Christopher Noble (Word of God Christian Academy) – You have to love the potential that this young man has, he’s young but you can see the potential in him without a doubt. He has a long wingspan and a nice skillset, is a very hard worker and will only get better as he continues to develop physically.
Tristars 2020 Guard Tyler Gill (Millbrook HS): Displayed very impressive end to end speed, he was a one man fast break on quite a few occasions. He did a good job of making the correct decisions when in transition, whether it was using his craftiness to finish around the rim or making the correct pass to teammates for easy buckets. Has nice elevation on his shot and knocked down shots from deep with nice efficiency, brings a toughness that you have to appreciate, solid performance overall.
NC Cavs 2020 Guard Wy’Kise Allen (South Granville HS): This young man is one we had previously seen as well and he should be on the watch for coaches in the impressive class of 2020 for the state. He can score the ball very well, and plays the game at his own pace, he does a good job of embracing contact and getting to the free throw line at a fairly high rate, will only get better as his body continues to develop. The combination of him and the young talent that is at his high school , should lead to their team to being a scary matchup.
