Prep Hoops Kansas Top 250 Expo: Class of 2020 Standouts
Here are some of the top 2020 players who competed at last weekend’s Prep Hoops Expo in Overland Park, Kansas.
6’0” Spencer Bain from Blue Valley West is a solid little guard who has a great stroke. Knocking down plenty of 3’s and being able to get to the bucket was something he did with ease. Spencer also is very good with his offhand especially around the rim.
6’3” Shawn Hendershot from Blue Valley North is a hard working guard/forward who likes to impose his size on the little ones. He also enjoys getting to the bucket on slower bigger players. Finishes very well around the bucket and plays great defense.
6’7” Nick Swarts from Blue Valley West is a crafty big man around the rim. He has great footwork and is very patient. Swarts is also a big man with some nice range. He can step out and knock down anything from within 17 ft.
6’0” Ethan Stewart from Goddard Eisenhower is a good sized guard who likes to play physical and on both sides of the ball. He enjoys playing defense and has very quick hands. He’s the tough kid you like to have on your team. Ethan can also step out and shoot the ball.
5’10” Tai Johnson from Wichita South is a lightning quick guard who plays tough defense. His quick hands allow him to irritate opposing players and get plenty of steals. Tai has great playmaking skills and is able to find open teammates for good looks.
