Justin Byerly: What’s it going to be like playing with Joey Baker, one of the top rising juniors in the country and Greg Gantt, another promising prospect next season?
Au’Diese Toney: Playing with Greg and Joey is going to be a great experience. I love both of their games and really look forward to lacing them up with the two of them. I think it’ll be a situation where we will not only make each other better, but make the whole team better!
Justin Byerly: Trinity Christian is a NCISAA power, what can you contribute next season?
Au’Diese Toney: I think I’ll be able to contribute being another all around player to the team. Someone who can defend on the ball, rebound, assist and score when needed to.
Justin Byerly: Are you from Fayetteville? What’s it like being in a place that is being known as a basketball town?
Au’Diese Toney: No I’m not from Fayetteville. I’m from Huntsville, AL. I think Fayetteville being known as a basketball town is great because it allows us as players to get maximum exposure.
Justin Byerly: What schools are you the most interested in that have been showing interest or offered you?
Au’Diese Toney: At this time I’m interested in any school that is interested in me. I think it’s an honor to be able to have a chance to go to school for free and do what I love. One thing I’ve been told is to enjoy the process, so that’s what I’m doing.
