Big Shots MB Standouts: NC Spartans & Fayetteville Elite 2018/2019 Standouts
NC Spartans 2018 Point Guard Ryan Moon– A true PG that does a good job of getting the team into their sets, he handles pressure very well and is a low turnover guard. He has a nice smooth shooting stroke and knocks down the trey ball with high consistency, nice looking guard prospect.
NC Spartans 2018 Wing Daniel Gross– If there was a player that was the most surprising athlete, it would be Daniel, and he is a high flyer without a doubt! There was countless plays that he made above the rim that made the crowd go wild on both ends of the floor.
NC Spartans 2018 Forward/Center Benjamin Bowen– He’s 6’9 with a slender frame and is raw offensively but he showed some flashes of how good he can be through the games we saw him. The defensive end of the floor is where he really showed how good he can be, he blocked and altered shots, rebounded the ball, and did a good job of keeping the ball high once he came up with the rebound until he made an outlet pass to a guard.
NC Spartans 2018 Center Benjamin Uloko– There are few things that can stop this young man , at one point of the game he even had a shoe fall apart but that still didn’t hold him back for long. He is a very strong player and finisher inside below the rim, his frame looks like a college basketball player already, he rebounded the ball very well and does a good job of defending without fouling.
Fayetteville Elite Magic 2019 Guard Chris Herbet– He didn’t have a tremendous day on offense but does a good job of playing his role for his team by facilitating and playing hard-nosed tournament. Hebert is a tremendous football player and he brings that type of toughness to the basketball court for his team.
