Success Unlimited National Warmup: Standout Players
Fayetteville Magic 2017 Guard A.J Baldwin: If there was a tournament MVP award it would definitely have to go to this young man, he made winning plays all day long and was the person that had the ball in his hands in clutch moments. Brunswick CC got a good one.
Fayetteville Magic 2019 Wing Raekwon Knuckles: He brought a physical style of play to the game, he battles inside but is skilled to make plays and defend wings on the perimeter. At 6’4-6’5 you have to like the potential he has to be a special player.
Raid Nation 2018 Forward Jalen Love: He’s a big bodied forward who still seems to be finding his way but the potential is there, he has soft hands and is effective working on the block or high post. Foul trouble kept him from logging the amount of minutes that he’s use to but he was effective on the floor.
Raid Nation 2019 Guard Reggie Walton: I can’t reiterate enough how much I enjoy watching this youngster playing. The reason is because he plays the game not only with a high IQ but with a certain level of passion that you just don’t see these days.
Team Supreme 2018 Forward Chris George: One of the most athletic players at the event, he put quite a few of his opponents on posters. He gets off of the ground very quickly and doesn’t mind contact even when he is airborne, headed to Central Carolina Community College.
Team Supreme 2018 Guard Terrion Johnson: He’s what we would define as a lead guard with a nice scoring ability, one of the ways that he scores the ball so well is he crafty. He knows how to use the backboard well so that he can score the ball from difficult angles.
Team JP 2019 Forward Darius Jones: Has a wide frame that he uses to makes space in the post and score the ball, he doesn’t have a ton of athletic ability but finds ways to get the job done.
