As the breakdowns for the 2018 player rankings continue, take a look at the breakdown from the Beltway area forwards part one here, and part two here.
Below, we continue our breakdown of the Beltway area guards that were included in the rankings:
COLLIN NNAMENE | 6’9 F | ST. ALBANS/TEAM TAKEOVER ORANGE | #38 OVERALL
Nnamene is a big time athlete, and a high level rim protector. He is improving offensively, and has shown an improved skill package on the low block in recent weeks, but will always be on the floor for his defense first.
BRAXTON FOREMAN | 6’5 F | THOMAS JOHNSON/ TEAM MELO RED | #52 OVERALL
Foreman is a blue collar wing who can shoot it well from the perimeter, but isn’t afraid to mix it up in the paint. He rebounds well from his position, and makes smart decisions with the ball.
TERRENCE GIBBONS | 6’7 F | WISE/TEAM TAKEOVER ORANGE | #61 OVERALL
Gibbons is a big time athlete with good size at 6’7. He has a nice skill set, and a soft touch from the perimeter as well as around the basket. Gibbons is a strong rebounder, and a versatile defender.
JULIAN LAROSILIERE | 6’4 F | LANDON SCHOOL | #63 OVERALL
Larosiliere is a long limbed forward who plays with a ton of energy and effort. He plays big, and is always running the floor in search of easy scoring opportunities. Larosiliere can hit the three, but is best on the block where he can score while facing up or with his back to the basket.
JUSTIN NWOSU | 6’5 F | ST. ANDREW’S/DISTRICT BASKETBALL CLUB | #69 OVERALL
One thing you can never question about Nwosu is his willingness to give max effort on each play. The strong 6’5 forward is a good rebounder, and can score it well from all three levels. He has soft hands, and is always available for a dump off.
