NC’s top shooters – Spring edition
Carolina Thunder Guard Kavon Ward: In a recent AAU tournament Kavon set a new record for the Carolina Thunder AAU organization knocking down 11 treys in a game.
Team Buckets Guard Levi Ramirez: Levi had a big time shooting performance from outside recently at Big Shots knocking down 8 treys and finishing the game with a game high of 36 Points to lead his team to a win.
Garner Road Guard Andreas Wilson: Andreas has put out absolutely amazing numbers this season, he can score the ball from all over the floor and is a very athletic player. He averaged 27 Points and knocked down 56 treys as well a nice percentage from downtown.
Garner Road Guard Dakari Johnson: Dakari is a player smaller in stature but has a big time game, he can get to the basket at will but is automatic from midrange. During the spring live periods he impressed D1 coaches and has received quite a bit of interest and offers over the last few weeks.
Ayden Grifton Wing Tyree Wiggins: Tyree is a player that has been under the radar just about all season, he’s a player that is gifted scoring the ball and he had that on full display at East NC Fab 40 Camp. Tyree was on fire from deep and was one of the leading scorers at the event while shooting an outstanding percentage from downtown.
Team Wall- Dreamville Lance Anthony: We got the chance to see Lance for the first time at Dwight Miller’s event a few weeks back and he was impressive shooting the ball from deep. He knocked down at least four treys ball in a half during the game we watched him play.
Mt. Zion Guard Tavarus Peterson: Tavarus has been a player over the years in the state that is known for his ability to not only shoot the ball but score the ball. At East NC Fab 40 Camp he won the camps 3 Point Contest knocking down 9 out of 15 trey ball in the final two rounds.
