Big Shots Recap: Team Felton 2018/2019
We got the chance to stop in to the Big Shots-Team Felton tournament that was held in Greensboro. There was a nice amount of talented players and teams in the building so the games were very competitive throughout the day. As usually we have to say thanks to the crew at Big Shots for a well ran event and nice hospitality, listed below are some of the players that had an impressive performance.
Team Felton 2018 F/C Jaylan Gainey: It’s always refreshing to see a big man that does what you want to see from a big on the floor. He ran the floor well, blocked shots at a high rate, sets good screens for guards and finished inside. Is still raw but is getting better, already has some D1 offers from schools like Western Carolina and NCCU.
Team Felton F Noah Dunn: Dunn is a big bodied player with a soft touch and nice skillset, he’s a worker inside and a player that can come up with double/doubles on a consistent basis.
Team Felton 2019 Guard Au’diese Toney: The lefty guard continues to improve each time we see him play, he’s added muscle to his frame which has made him that much more of a complete player. One thing you have to love about him is how unselfish of a player he is, he looks to make the right play at all times.
Team Felton 2019 Guard K.J Marshall: A floor general that knows how to play with other talented players. Understands how to get his own offense going while making sure that all of his players are getting the ball in places where they can be successful.
Team Felton 2019 Guard Quest Aldridge: One of the best passers that I saw throughout the event, he has nice height for a PG and a very long wingspan. He has a gift for making difficult passes look easy and not turning the ball over, also brings intensity on defense as well.
