Matthew Fransen, Milaca — Fransen helped Milaca beat Albany by a 79-76 margin to round out the regular season with a 42-point outburst. Fransen is leading Milaca with an 18.4 PPG average and was offered by Jamestown last month.
Matthew Hurt, Rochester J.M. — Matthew Hurt tied the JM school single game record with 47 points on an insanely efficient 21 of 28 shooting in a blowout of conference opponent Rochester Century. Then, on Friday, Hurt racked up 41 points and 13 rebounds in a 13-point win of Austin, J.M.’s closest Big 9 competition.
Trae Berhow, Watertown-Mayer — Berhow compiled 36 points, 16 rebounds and 5 assists in a 64-55 win against Rockford last week.
Bryce Irsfeld, Browerville — Irsfeld had 28 points, 15 rebounds and 13 assists last week in a 75-70 Browerville win over St. Cloud Apollo. That was Bryce’s first career triple-double.
Zach Theisen, Osseo — Theisen dropped 40 points on Blaine in a 76-51 win last week.
