Trevin Knell 6-5 SR Guard (Woods Cross) has been lighting up defenses the entire year and has proven he is the best senior in the state this season. Knell is averaging over 26 points and 7 rebounds for the 12-2 Woods Cross Wildcats. He has already signed with the University of California and his focus in on winning the state championship.
Max Watson 6-4 JR Guard (Box Elder) has quietly been putting up some gaudy numbers during his junior campaign. He is averaging for over 24 points per game and shown he has NBA range and also a nice mid-range game. Watson is a division one prospect and I think his recruiting will heat up.
Hunter Clarke 6-4 SR Guard (Ogden) has lead Ogden to a surprising 2-2 start in region play. He is averaging over 19 points per game and has shown his all around game. Clarke is able to score in many ways and defensively he is a pest on opposing teams. Clarke has seen interest from several junior colleges.
Mikey Frazier 6-9 JR Forward (East) has vastly improved from last year and is becoming a force this year. He is averaging almost 16 points and 8 rebounds per game. Frazier has a smooth game and is able to step out and knock down the three point shot. He has heard from several D1 programs and if he continues he could be a legit mid-major prospect.
Brig Willard 6-2 SO Guard (Bountiful) has been the best player for the struggling Braves. He’s averaging over 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists. Willard has put himself among the top sophomores in the state. I think his recruiting will increase and if he continues to improve could be a D1 prospect.
