Dylan Hendrickson 6-6 SR Guard (Pine View) has jumped from the #72 spot all the way to the #37 spot. He is averaging 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists per game for the 13-3 Panthers. Dylan is such a versatile player with his ability to get to the rim and dunk on people and also shoot the three ball. He can also guard all five positions on the court. Dylan has several football scholarships and looks to be the route he will take.
Landen Jensen 6’1 SR Guard (Ridgeline) has come from unranked all the way to the #59 spot in our 2017 rankings. He plays with the number #2 guard in the 2017 class Jaxon Brenchly so he takes a back seat on his own team which is why he doesn’t have gaudy stats. Jensen averages just under 10 points per game for a good Ridgline team. He is a big time athlete who is also a knock down three point shooter. I think he is a really solid juco prospect who is going to do well at the college level.
Eshaya Wada 6-2 Sr Guard (Kearns) has jumped from the #60 spot all the way to the #39 spot in out 2017 rankings. Wada has been very solid this year for a good kearns team. He is averaged 14 points per game and runs the show for his team. Wada is very good in the open court and also coming off of ball screens. He needs to improve his outside jump but we like him as a good juco prospect.
Hunter Clarke 6-4 Sr Guard (Ogden) has jumped from the #42 spot to the #19 spot in the 2017 rankings. He has been more impressive then almost any guard in the entire state. He is averaging 20 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists. Clarke is able to shoot the three ball and get to the hoop. He’s a great athlete who can defend on a high level. With two years of juco I think Clarke could be a D1 player.
Dalton Stewart 6-2 Sr Guard (Timpanogos) has made a huge jump from unranked all the way to the #42 ranked spot in the 2017 rankings. Stewart is averaging 15 points and 4 assists per game this season. He is able to get to the hoop with quickness and can finish well for having such a thin frame. Stewart has surprised by his ability to knock down the three pointers.
