Brock is scoring 16 a contest inside while teammate Jake Skelly is putting up 26 a game in the backcourt. The Thunderhawks won 20 games a year ago and they are on their way to that total again.
“I think the season is going pretty well,” Brock told PHD. “I feel good and there are a lot of things I want to improve on. Our team is doing good and we are looking to get even better.”
Schrom had an outstanding summer with the Minnesota Comets that put him on the radar of college programs plus made the Thunderhawks the preseason section 7AAA favorite.
They remain that favorite as they are the only 7AAA team with a winning record. Schrom is a big reason for their strong start and he’s getting even better.
“I’m developing a higher basketball IQ and I’m getting bigger physically,” Brock said.
Five programs are calling on Brock most commonly with just over two months to go in the season.
“I’m hearing the most from Moorhead, St Scholastica, Jamestown, UW-River Falls, and Briar Cliff,” Brock said.
