He likes to compare his game to Kevin Durant. He can catch and shoot, but can also drive to the basket when needed. He plays fast, but not out of control, in a league where teams play a bit slower. But he likes to push the tempo, which helps his game.
“I can see the floor very well when I play fast,” Battle said. “I do think I can improve in everything I do. I’m a young player and I still have a lot of progress in my future.”
Battle has certainly given a lot of thought of playing in college, but he’s making sure to stay focused on improving his game and working hard to hopefully win WESCO.
“WESCO is is totally different than the Metro League,” Battle said. “Our games are slower, and we’re more patient.”
Battle is currently averaging 22.4 points, eight rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.
