Sylvester has improved the consistency on his three point shot. Used to be more of a streaky shooter, but has shown he can hit them off the catch and pulling up off the bounce. Quick handles in tight spaces and makes crisp passes to his teammates. Solid feel for the game. Worth checking out for D3/NAIA schools.
He spoke about his senior season.
“We have a lot of big expectations this season. Hopefully try to make it to state. Have a good record and play as a team.”
What areas has he improved after a summer running with the Southwest Jets?
“Shooting off the dribble, finding my teammates more, and defense.”
He spoke with us about his role on the team.
“Be a leader. Do a little bit of everything. Try to find guys and score the ball. Do as much as I can to get the win.”
He says one college program has shown interest.
“Right now Lincoln University. I took a visit down there a few months ago. They want me to do what I do here. Shoot the ball well.”
