Currently, Bol comes off the bench to provide a spark for the Warriors and he’s done just that. Bol is a lanky 6’1, with extremely long arms and legs. But he’s also very smooth and has good ball handling skills for such a young and lanky player. He even has a bit of touch on his shot that always looks nice coming out of his hands.
“I am a versatile guard who takes pride in my defense,” Bol said while describing himself.
Defensively, Bol’s long arms are a definite tool, but he also moves his feet and stays in front his opponent while bodying them up as much as he can.
“I can score in different ways, handle the ball and take on a leadership role,” Bol said. “I do need to work on getting stronger and being more consistent though.”
As only a freshman, Bol hasn’t thought too much about playing at the next level, but is interested in the thought of playing college basketball. But he wants to take his basketball career one step at a time and most importantly work as hard as he can to become the best player he can become.
At Edmonds-Woodway Bol knows that he won’t get as much attention in the WESCO League like the Metro League would get, but he knows that the coaching staff at Edmonds-Woodway will help him become the player he wants to become.
