What are some strengths you have in your game that make you the player that you are?
“I’m a good three point shooter and that’s by far my best skill as a player.”,
What are some of your weaknesses that you would like to work on?
I need to get stronger which will help me to be able to drive and finish with contact better. I also need to get better at my on-ball defense.”
Who is the toughest player you can recall playing against in Utah High School basketball?
“Trevin Knell from Woods Cross. He he can shoot over anybody and can also drive to the hoop. Trevin is one of the best scorers I’ve seen.”
What team on your schedule do you want to beat the most and why?
“Highland. They are our rival and they have been our biggest rival for over 100 years. There in our region so will get to play them twice.”
What team that isn’t on your schedule in Utah do you want to play the most and why?
“I would say Olympus. Everybody has hyped them up as the best team in 4A. I would like to see where we stand with them.”
How do you see your team doing this year?
“Our goal is to be the number one or number two team in our region and make a run at the state title.”
Who is your favorite NBA player and why?
“Klay Thompson because how smooth his shot is and how his release is so fast. I try to model my game after after him.”
What is your favorite moment in your high school career?
“Hitting 10 threes versus Judge this year in a win.”
Who has the best home crowd in the state other than your own?
“Bountiful. A lot of students show up and there very loud.”
What is your favorite off the court activity and why?
“Skiing, I have grown up doing that with my family and I really enjoy doing that.”I don’t get to ski much because of it’s the same time as basketball season.”
What do you want to major in for college?
“Construction Business. I want to own my construction business like my dad does.”
What is your plan for after high school?
“Go on a mission after high school and try to play college basketball when I get back.”
