His versatility and play making ability will allow him to lead this deep Bengals squad this year. He will create many mismatches depending on where is playing on the court. One of the most versatile players in North Carolina, the rising senior possesses great ball handling skills and can score in a variety of ways. Moorman is the do-it-all guy that puts in the dirty work to make sure his team gets it done until the buzzer sounds. Moorman was named 1st Team All-Conference and 1st Team All-State last season by the NCISAA. Moorman spent the summer on the Nike EYBL circuit with Team CP3, where he averaged 9.2 points and 5 rebounds per game. JP helped Team CP3 win The Eight in Las Vegas this summer. JP is rated as the #3 by PrepHoopsNC. PrepHoopsNC had the chance to talk with JP recently and have him answer some questions in what we call “The Basketball Interview”.
