Rovel Ray-Hoke County High School: Two year starter, Team Captain, 3.4 GPA, Class 2017, 6’4, 185, 10 PPG, 6 REBS, 2 Assists
Rachard Daniels– Glenn High School: 6’2 (2017) strong athletic guard who can get to the rim and finish while always pulling up for 3. Very strong and great bounce. Being looked at by DII/DIII schools. Could be a sleeper at the DI LM level. Best days are ahead. 11ppg as a junior on a balanced scoring team.
Chrishawn Lindsey-Glenn High School: 6’3 (2017) Long athletic player who can get to the rim and finish. Very athletic player. 14 ppg as a junior.
Sincere Gibbs– Pamlico High School: Junior 5-foot-10 PG, 3rd year on varsity. Will take over starting position. Great skill player. Has improved athleticism tremendously over the summer.
Caleb Baron– Pamlico High School: Junior, 5-foot-10, G 2nd year on varsity. Strengths – very athletic, 3 pt shooting.
Cedric Coffey– Pamlico High School: Senior, 5-foot-11, G leading returning scorer Strength – perimeter threat
Malik Barber-Pamlico High School: Junior, 6-foot, 2nd year on varsity Post Strength – great motor, re bounder, defender, we like to say he’s a throwback player – nothing fancy just works hard
PJ McGirth– Pamlico High School: Junior 6-3 Post/Perimeter Strength – shoots and handles the ball well for his size.
Kenyon Burt- Garner High School: 6′ 5″ Jr: Kenyon enters his 3rd year on the varsity and brings a lot of experience to the table along with a state championship in 2015. A tireless worker and rebounder on the floor, he has a knack for the ball and will be looked at to provide more scoring this year. Kenyon has received attention from College of Charleston, Longwood, Campbell, Lenior-Rhyne and Newberry.
Jacob Lee- Mount Pleasant High School: 6’0″ Senior PG, great shooter, quick with the ball, great on the ball defender, All-Conference last season, D2/ D3 interest
Trey Barnhardt– Mount Pleasant High School: 6’5″ Junior, Wing/PG, great rebounder, improved shooting range, long and athletic, great scorer in transition, D2/D3 interest
Brandon Smith– Mount Pleasant High School: 6’4″ Sophomore, Wing/Post, great hands, improved shooting range, great around the basket
Jacorey Alston– Mount Pleasant High School: 6’4″ Senior, Wing/Post, rebounder, athletic leaper, great high post player, D3 interest
Jah’Lil Carter– Butler High School: 6’5 Senior Power Forward has been starting since his sophomore year and was All-Conference last year. He has an incredible motor, blocks shots and led the conference in rebounding. He has an offer from Queens University.
Kayle Mason-Charlotte Christian: 6’4”, 195, G/F, SR., 9.4 ppg, 6.7 rpg, 1.3 apg, 0.8 spg – Kayle has had a very strong summer and should be a big time scorer this season for us. Kayle is a slasher who has really increased his range to extend beyond the 3 pt. line. Kayleis a great rebounder from the G position.
Terrelle Brown-Charlotte Christian: 6’1”, 175, G, JR., 6.2 ppg, 5.4 rpg, 3.4 apg, 2.2 spg – Terrelle Brown is the best on the ball defender. Terrelle plays with PSB Select in the summer and has interest from a number schools. He has a tremendous ability to finish in traffic and has a nasty pull-up that is unstoppable. Terrelle is a tremendous rebounder from the G spot and attacks the front court on the break as good as anyone with a great change of speed and direction. He has excellent vision and a great handle.
Josh Turner– West Stokes High School: Leading scorer & rebounder last year and will be counted on to carry a bulk of the leadership responsibilities this year. Turner is getting some interest in some DIII schools & a couple of DII ones.
Brandon Sturdivant– West Stanly High School: 6’5 senior long, runs the floor well, nice shooting touch for his size. Getting some looks from D2 schools.
Jacob Whitley-West Stanly High School: 5’11 senior scorer, deceptively quick, good shooter
Hayden Greene-West Stanly High School: 6’6 sophomore had a great summer, good frame, nice post moves and good shooting touch from 15 ft
