East Carteret has again put one of the toughest schedules of any team in the East. We are playing 3-A NCHSAA regional qualifying Havelock HS, defending 2-A state champ Farmville Central HS, Wilmington power New Hanover HS and hosting WS Prep on Dec. 22. For the Christmas tournament they are heading to Pinecrest HS for 3 nights. Consistently one of the best teams in the eastern part of the state, East Carteret will again be a force to get by if you are looking for a state championship.
