Koenig played with the Comets DLR squad that won 28 games and finished in the top ten.
“Some of my best experiences was winning the NY2LA tournament in Dallas and building some strong relationships with my teammates,” said Koenig. “This year made me better because playing against some really good players helped to know what I need to work on to keep improving as a player.”
Trevor now has the fall to get ready for basketball in what could be a really good year for the Tigers who have a lot of good talent coming off age as soon to be upperclassmen.
“I play on trying get shots up every day and trying to keep building chemistry with my teammates,” said Koenig.
The 2017 Koenig is still a guy we think that will get recruited at a quality level for hoops, if he wants to play hoops. He’s also a lefty hurler on the mount at 6-foot-10.
“Right now the most interest for me is coming in baseball and that is for St. Cloud State and I went to a Mankato State camp this last weekend,” said Koenig.
