Rumors have been circulating over the summer that top five 2019 prospect Malik Hall would be transferring from Metea Valley. Hall informed PrepHoopsIllinois exclusively on Wednesday afternoon of his decision to transfer to prep power Sunrise Christian in Kansas.
“I have decided to transfer to Sunrise because I believe they are the best place for me to grow in every aspect of my life. Me and my family have prayed for the right place to present itself and it did.”
Hall is a silky smooth 6’6” wing with a projectable frame and game. He can stretch the defense out to three where he is an excellent shooter. Also shows ability off the bounce. Tons of upside. Hall reclassified from 2018 to 2019 during the summer. He plays with Meanstreets on the travel team circuit.
