First Davison went to Stanford on an official visit, flew home, saw Northern Iowa, Butler, and Dayton over the weekend. Stanford, UNI, and Dayton all previously offered and Butler offered him when he was on campus.
Next up is Michigan, Northwestern, and Wisconsin. Michigan hasn’t offered but many feel they will on the visit where as the Wildcats and Badgers previously offered.
How does Brad feel about the upcoming teams? This is what he previously said about the three programs.
Northwestern
“Me and my family are very excited for our visit. The biggest thing I’m looking for is the balance between academics and basketball. On the basketball side, I’m looking at the leadership of the coaching staff and how I fit in with the coaches and players.
“Coach Collins is pretty new there and I know he’s building a great program. He’s been awesome to me and my family. I’m really looking forward to meeting him in person.”
Michigan
“They say they really like the way I play – the toughness, intangibles. They think I would be a good fit. One thing they stressed that I really like is their guard play. Coach Beilein really gives guards freedom in his offense, as a college basketball fan I’ve been watching it, and I really noticed it when Trey Burke and Tim Hardaway played.”
Coach Beilein said he can’t wait to get me on campus, and then we’ll see what happens. I’m hoping to commit to a school in July or early August, just because it’s my senior year of football. My sophomore and junior years we went to the final four and lost at state. I’m going to put all my chips in on football this August.”
Wisconsin
“Coach Gard said that he really liked the way I played this spring and over the course of the time that he’s recruited me. He said I can play either the 1 or the 2; I could be involved with both and he’d like to utilize me at both positions.”
