Ade Murkey (St. Croix Lutheran, Senior). Ade continued a big week with 21 points and nine rebounds before taking a seat in a blow out win over Battle Lake. Battle Lake didn’t have a player to match up with him.
Trenton Krueger (St. Croix Lutheran, Senior). Krueger totaled 18 points and 14 rebounds dominating the paint area.
Ishmael El-Amin (Hopkins, Junior). Ishmael and the Royals cruised by Caledonia by 32 points led by the 21 points from El-Amin who totaled 61 points in three game last week.
Cole Bertsch (Legacy Christian, junior). The all around talented Lion lead guard ran the show for his team beating Breck by 16 points and scoring 23 himself. Also dished out seven assists.
Jericho Sims (Cristo Rey, junior). Led his squad to a 22 point victory over Fair. Sims brought the ball up the court, was the main scoring option, was the game leading rebounder, and did some of everything.
Luke Loehr (Rosemount, junior). The junior scored a game high 16 points and was one of five Irish players in double figures in the Irish’s 20 point win over South.
Rob Mclain (Red Lake, Junior). The athletic leading scorer for Red Lake gave the Twin Cities a look at his potential in back to back wins (MTS and MCA). Six-foot-4 junior has some bounce.
Jarrett Baptiste (Columbia Heights, Senior). The explosive Hylander wing scored a quick 14 and then relaxed and enjoyed his Saturday in a running point victory.
Blake Berg Goff (Columbia Heights, Senior). The 5-foot-9 little used senior rung up 24 points in the Hylander near 40 point blow out of Providence Academy.
Austin Andrews (Maranatha, 8th Grade). The Mustang young standout hit his season average of 16 in a loss to Red Lake.
