Shakopee at Lakeville North
Steffon Mitchell against a Nate Reuvers and Carter Brooks combo will be fun. Also watching Booker Coplin against Cal Pesola could lead to some physical moments. Top ten teams go at it, should be fun.
Trever Schermann, 6-ft-4 junior from North, is having a really nice year for the Panthers. Definitely playing better than expected.
Lakeville North. Shakopee has been struggling losing 2 of 3

Delano at Waconia
Huge section and conference game between two of the best in Class AAA. Should be an excellent environment for high school basketball.
Joey Kortuem. Really anxious to see how Joey plays in this big contest that should come down to the wire
Delano. They should be refocused after Edina smashed them. 1 score game

Woodbury at Mounds View
The Mustangs lost their first game of the year against CDH, now they play the second part of the tough back to back against a young but really good Woodbury club
Jeremiah Coddon. Kid is getting 18 a game and I’m not sure many in the metro know it.
Woodbury. I think they will play free and Mounds View is recovering a bit from loss number one.

Fergus Falls at Apollo
The Eagles are only 6-5 bu tthey beat Rocori, Alexandria, and Cathedral and has several close losses. Dean Kesler is doing a great job with what he has. Fergus Falls gets a big test
Elijah Colbeck. We’ve all heard about Rund, Lemke, and Monke, but don’t forget about the junior lead guard
Fergus Falls. I think Apollo tests them but Fergus Falls is really talented. I’m not sure that the Eagles will be able to score consistently late in the game

Rogers at Chisago Lakes
A 7-5 Rogers team against an 8-5 Wildcats squad. Good game, but need a win. With the teams they have neither should be 8-6 or 7-6.
Carter Duncan. A 6-ft-6 PF next to Dylan Wood putting up 13.3 and 7.1 a game. Solid numbers
Rogers. I think Chisago has a better spread of talent throughout their line-up, but Rogers is more agile and they win as long as they are solid on the glass
6 | Annandale at Watertown-Mayer | One loss Annandale against Trae Berhow and his band of workers. Should be a really fun game with a nice post match-up of Jarod Wilkin vs McKinley Gelhuasen. Not sure what Annandale can do with Berhow but the Cards are the deeper club
Alex Alama. Three point shooter that must be located
Annandale. They are much deeper all around.
7 | Columbia Heights at DeLaSalle | Heights is a quality 7-3 and will be primed for the upset. The Islanders seem to be hitting a stride so I can’t see an L but I could see a competitive game if the Hylander balance is there like it has been. Jarret Baptiste, here is a chance to make a big impact.
Rodney Jones. A 6-foot-5 frontcourt player scoring over a dozen a night, tonight will be a big test to see if he can get those double figures when they really need them
DeLaSalle. I believe the Islanders have been refocused

Lakeville South at Farmington
The Cougars are turning things around beating Shakopee as part of four straight wins. Farmington is 8-4 and a win over South would make a statement.
Alex Wurst. Wilson and Wurst have been a tough combo and both need to produce against Sorenson and company in the backcourt
South. Feel they have to much talent to be beaten here.
9
BSM at Jefferson
The Red Knights hop on their horses, travel south down 100, head into Jaguar country and face 7-5 Jefferson. The game should be good with BSM pulling away later.
Tyler Riemersma/Joe Hird. The Jaguar junior pair is having a really nice year combing for 30 a night and becoming prospects that locals will look at next season
BSM. Red Knights have the edge with Baker and Cave at their spots, they will be the difference

Wayzata at Eden Prairie
The Eagles are 6-7 and have lost four of their last five games. Doesn’t get easier with Wayzata, Hopkins, and CDH coming up. The Trojans are only two games better and both have played tough schedules. This really seems like a must win for both
Kyler Kluge. Kluge has stepped forward to take the place of some of the veterans not performing like needed. Solid you sophomore.
Wayzata. Have to say Wayzata, EP has lost every big game they have played besides the Tonka game the day after the Skippers lost their coach
