They are in their transition to the DI level and in the third year of their four-year period. They have been stockpiling talent and Fishers (IN) post product Cameron Wolter is just the latest.
The 6'7 Wolter had an offer from Saint Francis (IN) along with interest from most every local school. UMass-Lowell picked up a commitment in the class of 2015 from Peru's Logan Primerano.
Wolter is a wide-body post player who is at his best with his back to the basket. He knows how to throw his body around and has a bunch of post moves that allows him to score even over larger forwards and centers. He's a decent rebounder, best in his area and can run down some as well. Not a stretch the floor type, a true back-to-the-basket prospect.
Cameron Wolter becomes the 8th prospect in the 2016 class to commit to a DI program and the 22nd commitment in the class overall. He spent the summer on the Adidas Gauntlet circuit with EG10 2016.
