“This year helped me develop a clean jumper and got me moving my feet a little better on defense and really paying attention to detail both on Defense and Offense.
“My (Grassroots) experience as a whole was pretty low up until I joined Net Gain Sports with Coach Al Harris but overall this year was the only year I enjoyed and had fun playing basketball.”
Brooklyn Center has talent. So much talent. Unfortunately a year ago some bad things happened that resulted in a struggle of a season but now things have moved on and Landon is ready for a new experience.
“I'm feeling dominate coming into my senior year with a new coach and all. Also getting back with my teammates and competing for that state championship, I’m excited,” Landon said.
“Steps that need to be taken for us to win are being consistent and focused because we all as a family have to be focused on the prize and consistent with our play.”
Kirkwood has scholarship level talent, potential, and ability. Someday he will sign a national letter of intent.
“Nothing really (going ) not until after first semester of school,” said Kirkwood of recruiting.
