About The Program
Team Loaded Gold is the next evolution of the Team Loaded 804 program, built to provide high-level exposure and development on the 3SSB Gold Circuit. Led by Riley Highfill, Founder of Highfill Hoops, Prep Hoops scout, and longtime head coach within the Team Loaded 804 program, the transition reflects both growth and sustained success at the grassroots level. Under Highfill’s leadership, Team Loaded 804 helped numerous student-athletes earn college scholarships, and the 2026 group alone has already produced 48 college offers. Team Loaded Gold will continue to turn heads moving forward.
