Rickard doesn’t get much notoriety because he’s in far west Kentucky but Wyatt is a highly skilled big man who is comfortable stepping out and shooting from range, too. Averaging 21 points and 10 rebounds so far this season, Rickard is shooting 53/33/76 and has the potential to be a stretch 4 or a face up 5 in college. UT Martin offered early and I expect more schools to come his way this summer.

Holding an early offer from UT-Martin, Rickard has developed a ton in the last few years. A good rim protector with a versatile skill set, Wyatt has the potential to gobble up a bunch of new D1 offers in the next 9-12 months.

Wyatt is skilled at 6’9″ and has a good looking three point shot. He still needs to continue developing his all around game but Rickard has started to become much more impactful as he has become a better rebounder and rim protector. Carlisle County needs everything to run through him on offense and that’s a good thing for the development of his overall game.

has built an impressive résumé with three All-District selections and recognition on the Region 1 All-Purchase Team. With an offer from UT Martin already in hand, he’s turning heads as a modern frontcourt weapon who can stretch the floor, protect the paint, and make plays in space. He’s comfortable stepping out beyond the arc while still finishing effectively around the rim. On defense, his timing and instincts make him a major obstacle for opponents. One of his most impressive outings last season included a triple-double performance with 25 points, 13 boards, and 10 blocks.

Rickard has shown some serious long term potential as a face up 5 man or even a stretch 4. He’s a good shot blocker on defense and can step out and shoot on the offensive end. Wyatt needs to get stronger but he has shown that he can take contact around the bucket in addition to his ability to knock down perimeter jumpers.

Rickard has a little more stretch to his game than the others on this list as he put up 106 threes this season. He’s a good shot blocker but not a super active rebounder at this point. Wyatt has a really high upside and seems to work really hard to improve his game. He’s a prospect that could have a big AAU season.

Looking at the first district, Carlisle absolutely dominated last year. So instead of expecting competition from Fulton City, Fulton County or Hickman County let’s look at Carlisle’s chances of winning region. It likely all comes down to the development of Rickard. At 6’9, Wyatt is skilled and an excellent shot blocker. For Carlisle to have a chance to win the 1st, Wyatt will need to elevate his game even more!

Wyatt climbs from 24th to 11th in this update and recently earned his first D1 offer. Rickard is an elite shot blocker who has a good offensive skill set and will eventually stop growing and add some bulk to his wiry frame. Definitely a player to track, moving forward.

Indiana Elite 15 U has four Kentucky prospects on their team and they all play a solid role. I thought Rickard did an excellent job off the bench with a great first stint. Scoring on a reverse layup then blocking a shot and grabbing a defensive rebound, that was a great 30 second stretch. Still a bit of a project, you saw enough flashes from Rickard with his size, length and rebounding. A name to watch in western Kentucky’s 2027 class.
