With the ball in his hands he plays with a deliberate pace and rarely gets sped up as he scans the court for openings. This kid fires lasers cross court, through tight windows, and off the dribble with pinpoint precision and accuracy. Franklin shows a natural feel for the game, playing quickly and dissecting defenses as a connector with a knack for initiating offense and keeps the offense flowing.
