Will Lobor
About Will
Expert Analysis
Ryan Morgan | Prep Hoops Scout
Lobor is a strong guard with great size and length that helps him on both ends of the floor. He’s a good threat with the ball in his hands, using a quick first step to blow by defenders and showing the necessary strength to keep them on his backside while he finishes at the rim. The length plays on defense too, where Lobor is an excellent rebounding guard and able to matchup with guards and wings on the perimeter, while taking bigger wings in the post. He has offers from Iowa State, Maine, Western Illinois, Buffalo, Missouri State, Murray State, and Tennessee State.

How do you think your off-season went? What are you most looking forward to this season?rn-My off season went well I worked a lot on strength and conditioning training building my frame for the next level, and daily skill workouts 3-4 times a day maintaining consistency.
What are you looking for in a school beyond Prep school?rn-I’m mostly looking forward to competing against the top notch competition, and competing against some of the top talent in the country and proving why I should be listed in the category as a top 100 player in the country.
What are some things that stand out about your game? Things that coaches can see and know you excel atrn-I would say what stands out most about my game is my ability to play multiple positions and guard multiple positions. I have very good court vision in the half court and in full court transition, setting my teammates up for success. I’m very versatile, and can play in the perimeter and post up and can guard 1-5. I’m very physical going to the rim and have a high motor that catches a lot of coaches attention. My jumper has came a long way, but still improving but I’m looking to display it this season and show everyone I can score at three levels at a high efficient level.
Have you been in contact with any coaches/schools? If so, what schools?rn-What I’m looking for beyond prep school ball is the lessons and discipline that comes along with it, that I can apply later down the road in life, which will help me as a young man and leader in my community.
-The list of schools that I have been contact with is, Oregon state, Washington, Western Illinois, LSU, ole miss, Georgetown, Iowa state, buffalo, Penn st, Boston college, northeastern, Pepperdine, Arkansas st and more
What do you want to improve on most in your game before playing at the next level?rn-What I want to improve most on my game for the next level, is my athleticism, I would say I’m a good athlete but the level I want to go, I need and want to be a freak athlete on both sides of the ball. I would also say making my jump shot even more efficient, and really just leveling up a notch on my overall game. There’s nothing you can’t continue to improve so that’s what imma continue to do, and that’s getting better.
