With a lot of talent around him to share the ball with, Weston found ways to contribute outside of scoring. He proved to be a scrappy on-ball defender, coming up with his first steal just a couple minutes into the game I watched. Shortly after that he got the ball on the wing and blew by his man with a quick double-crossover to get to the rim for a left handed finish. Really impressive change of speed with the ball in his hands.

Weston is a player that is shooting up fast height wise, his profile was recently made and he’s grown an inch plus since that happened! A guy to watch as a later blooming prospect because he is currently growing so fast and has tall parents.

Olson is a good shooter and smart defender, plays a very efficient game. Was a key part of Hoop Habits and should be a very good player for the Mankato West rotation this season.
