Coming from the role player directly into impact player, Jay seems equipped for the job.  Quick, athletic, skilled player coming into a veteran laden team with lots of March experience.  Westley will have many opportunities to assert himself as one of the top players in the eastern panhandle, especially defensively.  Great anticipation for this well coached Jefferson squad of Jay’s for the upcoming season and many will be tracking his progress, especially us.

Westley Jay Westley Jay Westley Jay 6'0" | SF Jefferson County | 2025 WV is a high-flying guard from Jefferson HS in WV’s Easter panhandle.  The dual sport track and field star will likely make his presence felt on the basketball court this coming season.  Athleticism and a well above average vertical leap that will have him putting out highlight material all season, Jay will be poised to help lead Jefferson back to the state tournament.
