It was a lot of fun watching Bruce play. I am a firm believer that you are what you repeatedly do, and Bruce repeatedly flashes high level passing ability. The PG put together some nice scoring games during the Desert Reign Pro League, however it was ultimately his playmaking ability that made an impression.

I was really impressed with Bruce’s shooting. The CG has felt like more of a pass first guy to me, however I had no clue that he had a strap like that. He was deadly accurate from behind the line, knocking down a trifecta of threes. He did drop a few dimes as well, and when you add in his passing ability with his scoring, he looks like a player ready to have a breakout season.

Bruce is a player the Cheyenne staff is extremely high on. It’s probably because of his playmaking skills. The first thing I noticed was his shiftiness, as the PG was able to handle in traffic and wiggle by defenders. The next was his passing, he threw some absolute dimes (many were not finished) hitting teammates in the hands for easy opportunities.
