Moody is a multi sport talent. He has a very strong frame and can establish position in the paint and not be moved. Moody makes it tough to 3/4 him and at times forces the defense to front. I’ve seen him be a game changer during grassroots play.

Moody was one of the most impressive post players that I saw this spring. He was a consistent threat under and near the rim. He has elite lower body strength and was perfectly comfortable using that strength to earn position under the rim. Moody played very well with his back to the basket, bulldogging opponents for clean looks at the rim. He’s a young man that can have a very bright future.

Moody was tough to deal with for opponents at the Prep Hoops Circuit event. The All-In star put his back to the basket and was tough to defend. Moody has exceptional lower body strength that really helps him establish position.

Moody was tough to deal with for opponents at the Grit Region Memorial Classic. His lower body strength and willingness to dominate the paint were n full display all weekend. Moody did a great job putting in work to get position before the ball came down.

This is the second grassroots event that I’ve been able to see Moody at, and I’ll admit, I like what he can do and what he can turn his game into. He’s a strong and physical young man, but has soft feet and can play with touch on the offensive end. Moody was seeing the floor well this weekend.

Moody stood out in the crowd that’s for sure. He’s a space eater with strength in his upper and lower body. As he carves out his frame, his physicality will be a huge asset. Moody moves well up and down the floor. He was an effective rim protector and I really liked how he avoided foul trouble, which can be tough for young bigs. Moody was able to draw fouls and play through contact at Rumble In The Rapids.
