Nelson is a shifty guard prospect to watch with Hickory Grove Christian. He’s averaging 12.7 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game on 31 percent shooting from behind the arc for the Lions as he shows size doesn’t matter in his case. He’s knocked down 30 3-pointers already through 13 games with HGC in showcasing his abilities as a presence on the perimeter. He’s a young name in the 2027 class to make note of given his production.
