Trasean was a beast inside at camp and absolutely dominated with his size and athleticism. He could not be stopped on the offensive glass, coming away with several contested boards, which led to putback baskets. He is already a phenomenal rim protector, using his 6’4” frame, elite bounce, and long wingspan to block and alter shots. I really like White’s potential and I expect him to make a difference at the varsity level as a freshman, alongside his two older brothers.

The Washburn forward is raw skill and experience wise but he makes up for that with effort and that effort comes out on the defensive end. He moved with the ball to block shots and he got over in his help side to contest, block and board. Ran the floor well and has a nice ceiling potential wise.

Trasean was an impact defender for his team yesterday. A big and athletic 6’4 forward, White was arguably the top shot blocker at the whole event. He showed the agility to slide into good position around the basket, as well as the timing to elevate and reject shots without fouling. Though he was at his best defensively, Trasean showed he can take a rebound and handle it coast-to-coast to finish with touch. With his combination of size, athleticism, and budding skill, he’s an up-and-coming prospect to keep an eye on at Minneapolis Washburn.
