Another prospect who started his spring on the independent circuit and ended it on the 3SSB circuit, Clark is an athletic guard who can really shoot the ball from the outside. Capable of making shots, getting above the rim and defending, Clark checks a lot of boxes. Look for Clark to develop into the primary scorer for a Kings squad that’s coming off a conference title split with Anderson and Turpin. Radford has been active in Ohio as they were the first offer for Clark and second for Woidke.

Clark has been one of the fastest rising 2025 prospects in Ohio and continued to impress in his first live period 3SSB event with Midwest Basketball Club’s 16 U group. An elite shooter of the basketball, Clark has a quick release and gets it up to the rim in the blink of an eye. Using mostly simple moves to attack a closeout, Clark usually doesn’t try to do things out of his wheelhouse. With his athleticism and shooting ability plus the efficiency he played with, college coaches took interest in Clark on their 16 U group. Radford became the first school to offer the Kings wing guard after his impressive play on Friday.

Clark has had a huge spring and it seemed to all start at the Prep Hoops Havoc In The Heartland back in May. Ever since that breakout performance it’s been standout weekend after standout weekend for the wing guard sharpshooter. Clark was doing what he does best hitting maybe five or six 3’s in an overtime victory over North Laurel. Defensively, Clark got his hands on a lot of balls and was active. Besides shooting 3’s, Clark is an impressive vertical athlete when he gets a head of steam. One tweak I’d like to see is Clark finishing off two feet more often when he isn’t going for a slam dunk at the rim, that’ll help his touch and balance around the rim. Clark’s been a huge stock riser this spring and should be on all Division II and Low Major watchlists around the region.

Clark had an impressive season for Kings, who were one of three teams to split the ECC championship at 13-3. A good athlete in transition, Clark had a couple dunks that caught my eye on social media before I got to watch him play in person. A sharpshooter from the outside, Clark connected on 37% of his 132 3-point attempts this past season. Best off the catch, I’d like to see Clark take a step as a Junior in creating for himself within the flow of the offense. Only shooting 17 free-throws all season, playing into contact will be another area of improvement. A talented prospect, Clark was a standout at Prep Hoops live period event last weekend and has scholarship potential down the road.

A prospect I had heard a lot of good things about but this was my first viewing of Clark in person. I was impressed by how smooth Clark’s 3-point shot is, with a quick and pretty release, Clark has the numbers to back it up with 47 made 3’s on 38% on the season. Clark is also a good transition athlete with a head of steam and despite missing a dunk attempt, I was impressed by his explosiveness when he got a head of steam. Another aspect of Clark’s game that I enjoyed was his defensive activity on or off the ball. Would like to see Clark create shots for his teammates a little more often, he had four games with 4+ assists, improving that figure next season should be a priority. I’m excited to monitor Clark’s development over the spring and summer as he heads into his Junior season.
