My Day 2 notes on him were detailed:

Great pace. Good passing. Scoring threat. Lengthy guard. Perimeter threat. Creates his own shot off the dribble. Uses the mid-range.

That’s a pretty complete offensive profile for a young guard.

What I like most is that the different pieces connect. The pace helps him get into his offense. The handle allows him to create. The passing keeps him from becoming predictable. And when the defense takes away the initial attack, he’s comfortable getting into the mid-range.

Boog’s Take: Thomas gave me the type of offensive performance that makes you want to watch the next game instead of just checking the stat line. There’s enough size and skill there to make him a difficult matchup, and the next step is continuing to turn those individual tools into consistent impact.
