Expert Analysis
Brett Pickarts | Prep Hoops Scout
Another player that improves every single season, Traeder is a prospect that collegiate programs should absolutely be monitoring the rest of the season. The 6’4 guard is silky smooth and has added strength to his frame from his junior to senior year. Theo truly has unlimited range behind the three point arc. Traeder was averaging 21.0ppg on an eye popping 48% from 3 coming into this game. The 6’4 senior showcased other parts of his offensive game utilizing up and under footwork and finishing through physical contact on Saturday. Traeder is one of the better unsigned shooters/guards in the state of Wisconsin in the 2026 class.

This game was a coming out party for Traeder, a player who has expanded his game and improved his physical strength. He was simply outstanding against Dominican as he made one big shot after another. He scored a career-best 36 points and made six three-point baskets, but he also was confident in taking the ball to the basket, taking a hit and finishing the play. When you can stroke triples like Traeder can, it opens eyes at the next level. That might be his ticket for college basketball, but he also has done an impressive job of improving his overall play on both ends of the court through a lot of hard work.
